Privacy Policy

Rivento Studio ("Rivento", "we", "us") is a design and development studio run by Baishali and Sandipan, based in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through riventostudio.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you email us, or use the contact or free audit form, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write, including details about your company, website and project. The forms are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service; if a form can't be sent, it opens your email app with your message addressed to us instead.
When you book a call. Calls are booked through Cal.com. Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com handles that data under its own privacy policy.
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies and does not identify or follow individual visitors. We do not use advertising trackers or tracking cookies, and the site sets no cookies for visitors.
How we use it

- To deliver and support projects you hire us for
- To keep the records we need for accounting and legal obligations
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to send you marketing you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the studio: our email provider, Resend for delivering the website forms, Cal.com for bookings, and Cloudflare for hosting and visit statistics. Some of them may process data outside your country. We will also share data if the law requires it.
Client projects
Every project has a written scope document with a confidentiality clause. Access and credentials you give us for a project are deleted when the project ends, unless we've agreed to keep them for ongoing maintenance.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted once they're no longer needed. Project and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are in the EU or UK, you have these rights under the GDPR; in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children
This site and our services are meant for businesses, not for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
