Updates are tested before they go live, and a backup is taken first. If something does go wrong, the site is rolled back and the problem fixed.
Yes. Maintenance doesn't lock you out. Your team keeps its access and can edit whenever it wants.
Changes to what's already on your site: updating text, swapping images, adding or fixing links, publishing blog posts and small layout tweaks. You send the text and images, and we put them in. New sections and pages are bigger changes, and they're part of the Growth plan.
